The sources support party personalities and possible conflicts, but do not publish a complete relationship matrix.

What is confirmed about character relationships?

The official store page says that not all heroes get along and recommends choosing a variety of skills and personalities. Public demonstrations also show companions commenting on scenes, but they do not provide a complete relationship table or prove that every reaction changes mechanics.

Relationship evidenceStatus
Heroes may not get alongConfirmed as a published feature description
Personalities matter when forming a partyConfirmed as a published party-building consideration
Companions react to eventsShown in public material

Use the personality traits page to separate a displayed trait from an inferred relationship effect.

How should relationship conflicts be tested?

Repeat the same objective with the same visible party whenever possible, then change one hero at a time. Record the party order, leader, relevant traits, dialogue, recruitment result, and physical or mental consequences. A single line of banter is evidence of a reaction, not proof of a permanent relationship rule.

The encounter consequences page provides the matching structure for recording outcomes, and recruitable heroes tracks the roster side.

Can relationships be linked to endings yet?

No supplied source establishes a relationship requirement for a named ending. Until repeated release-build tests show otherwise, keep relationship effects separate from the ending conditions checklist and mark any proposed link as unverified.
